How does the process start?

The First step is finding a lender of your choice to get preapproved . We have two lenders our previous customers have used in the past. Please contact us and we will provide their contact. Once you have your preapproval, our team will schedule a meeting with you and the builder to start the design process of your tiny home. After that step, you will receive an estimate of the total cost of your project. Finally, you will put a deposit to start the building process.

How customizable are your tiny homes?

Our tiny homes are highly customizable to meet your specific needs and preferences. We work closely with you to design a space that reflects your lifestyle while ensuring functionality and comfort.

Are tiny homes energy efficient?

While we do not offer financing directly, there are various financing options to make your tiny home purchase more accessible. Our team can guide you through the financing process and help you find the best solution for your budget.
